Can you hear that? ..."My country ‘tis of thee, sweet land of liberty, of thee I sing." From bar-b-que to fireworks, July is simply a special time of year. From religion to speech, we sure do get to experience a lot of freedoms in this country of ours, and this time of year reminds us of that. While you are out there flipping burgers, remember to flip with a heart of gratitude while you are at it.

Some of you may remember our past partnership with the Houston Furniture Bank. We have reengaged with them as community partners. As a result, these two super gals from our on-site partner, Two Lives Changed, were each able to go home with the blessing of a room full of furniture!

Through July: St. Thomas Presbyterian Churchwill be collecting juice boxes for Kid’s Meals through the last Sunday of July. Kid’s Meals will be delivering over 700,000 meals to hungry children over the summer months. Please bring your 100% juice boxes to the fellowship hall.
