We hope you have plans to find rest and relaxation in the mix this summer. To all of our younger building guests, a huge congrats on finishing school and pressing on to the next level up. We are excited to see your bright and shining faces fill our halls for the FPR summer camps.

March Highlights:
Shout out to our on-site tenant partners, PDAP! We enjoyed running with the force on May 4th at your annual PDASH at Bear Creek Park!
Someone turned 70 this month! In case you missed it, Jorge Quiñones celebrated his 70th birthday. The board and staff came together to surprise him with yard signage. The surprise on Jorge's face was priceless.
We installed a new picture hanging system in the halls this month. We look forward to the possibility of future art installations, and in the meantime, we are enjoying the first wave of art that has come through our door thanks to a generous in-kind donor.
You spoke, and we listened. We also have done something about it. This week initiates exterior trash clean-up service two times a week.

CrossWalk Houston: Did you know that CrossWalk Houston may very well be THE ONLY entity in town that does adult literacy classes that are not ESL based?Ms. Betty shared this fun fact with us, and after researching for ourselves, it seems to be a rather true statement. According to U.S. literacy statistics, the average American reads below a 7th-8th grade reading level. A whole 14% of adults simply cannot read. Thank you CrossWalk Houston for all you do to help our community read!
